TERMS AND SHIPPING

Price and Payment

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Visa Dankort, American Express, Discover and Paypal. All prices are in DKK (Danish kroner) and include VAT.
Here is a guide to the payment: when checking out, you are directed to Paypal to enter your card details, or pay directly from your Paypal account. After entering your details you will be directed back to Schori.dk to view the shipping charge and then submitting the payment. The amount is drawn from your account when goods are shipped from schori.dk
You can also pay by bank transfer. If you choose this method of payment you will get the account details for the transfer after you have approved your purchase. Your item will be shipped once the money has gone into my account. ATTENTION! Bank transfer is not covered by the opposition procedure.

Shipping

In Denmark delivery is free for orders over 500kr. For orders under 500kr shipping is 40kr.

For international orders the shipping fee is 150kr for all orders under 1000kr. The shipping fee for orders over 1000kr is 350kr. This is because our more expensive items are heavier and more complicated to ship. Select countries may have a more expensive shipping fee. If so you will be notified by mail before we process your order.

If your order is placed outside the EU, you may have to pay tax and duties in the country of destination. Please be advised that it is your responsibility to pay for these extra charges.

Delivery

We will strive to send your order as soon as possible witch normally will be within 1-3 workdays. If the delivery for some reason will take longer you will be contacted by e-mail

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time providing your goods have not already been despatched. To cancel your order email bettina@schori.dk quoting your name and the order reference number. If the goods have been dispatched then please follow the returns policy as detailed below.

Returns

You must within 14 days of receipt of your order notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. Notification shall be given by email to bettina@schori.dk. In your message, make us clearly aware that you want to tap your right. You can also choose to use our standard withdrawal form. You find it HERE. Do you regret your purchase, you must before 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase  send the goods to: Bettina Schori, Birkedommervej 31, 1, 2400 Copenhagen NV, Denmark together with a copy of your receipt. The amount will be refunded excluding shipping costs once the item is received. Items can only be returned if they are not damaged and has not been used.
The cancellation period will expire 14 days after receiving your products. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery till its return to us. And you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are packaged securely in the original packaging. Note! We do not accept packages sent COD (Cash On Delivery).

The condition of the goods, when you send it back

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and the way it works. In other words - you can test the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the product is tested beyond what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that you only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the product's commercial value if you wish to cancel your purchase. To receive the full amount in return for your purchase. You may do all the same things as you can in a physical store. You must test the product, but do not take it in actual use.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you have paid us back. In case of an impairment you are liable to be deducted from the purchase. If you use your right of cancellation, we will refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs (excluding additional costs as a result of your own choice of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we receive notice of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We carry out such reimbursement using the same method of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the product.

Damaged Goods

When you shop at Schori.dk you have a 24 month warranty. I will replace or repair the goods that are damaged during shipping or defective due to manufacturing defects. If the item is damaged due to daily use or normal wear and tear, this is at your own risk. But I will be happy to help with repairs.

How soon should I advertise?

You must complain within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the product. If you advertise within two months after the defect is discovered, the claim is always timely.

When you return the product, please state what the problem is as detailed as possible. Note: We do not accept packages sent COD. Remember that the product must always be returned in protective packaging, and get a receipt for shipment so that we can reimburse your shipping costs. .

We register your personal information for the purpose of delivering goods to you. Personal information registered with Schori.dk is kept for five years, after which the data will be deleted. We do not store customer data encrypted. We do not transmit customer information encrypted.
Information provided to Schori.dk is in no way transmitted or sold to third parties, and we will not record any sensitive personal information. As registered with Schori.dk you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to inspect the information recorded about you. You have these rights by the Privacy Act and queries in this regard should be sent to Schori.dk via email bettina@schori.dk.

Logstatistics

We use a log statistics at Schori.dk which means that a statistical system collects information that can provide a statistical picture of how many visitors we have, where they come from and where on the site is vacated, etc.. Log statistics are only for the purpose of optimizing Schori.dk.
